Here is my representation of our bones’ building blocks. Like us, they are ever changing and evolving with our external environments. They build up our bodies to make us strong and are taken down when we need to use the energy elsewhere in the body. Like the universe ever transferring energy and matter into different forms, our bodies are also in a constant state of conversion depending on our needs.
